AIR TRANSPORTATION
MALAYSIA AIRLINES, AIR CHINA, SINGAPORE AIRLINES, UNITED AIRLINES, DELTA AIRLINES, ANA AIRLINES, CATHAY PACIFIC AIRLINES, JAPAN AIRLINES, or any international carriers may be used. SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOUR reserves the right to substitute any airlines. Round-trip transportation is on economic class basis — which included NON-AFFINITY GROUP (GN 15), GROUP INCLUSIVE TOUR (GIT), OR SUPER SAVER (YS) FARE, interchangeable from the West Coast. All airfares are subject to changes without notice. All the tours listed in this brochure require a minimum of 25 people to operate.
HOTEL
All First Class Hotels. All the specified hotels in the itinerary are subject to their availability at time of arrival and subject to change to other hotel or same class. Accommodations are on the basis of two persons sharing a room. Single supplement is generally not available in China.
MEALS
As indicated in the tour itinerary. B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner
PHYSICAL DISABILITIES
Any customers requiring special services or treatment must disclose such needs to SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOURS when reservations are requested. Wheelchair accessible transportation and accommodations may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Standards may vary from property to property and are not within the control of SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOURS.
SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS
All sightseeing and excursions as in each itinerary included admission fees, and will be carried out by air-conditioned motor-coaches where available, automobile or other conveyance in accordance with local conditions and size of the tour groups. Also included are the services of English-speaking local guides to accompany you on all sight-seeing tours and excursions.
BAGGAGE
At the risk of the owner throughout the trip. The tour will handle on (normal-size) piece of luggage, not weighing over 44 lbs. per person. Insurance of baggage is recommended.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Charges for passport; visas; meals not mentioned above, laundry, liquor, mineral water; any items of a personal nature; any expenses for guides or transportation not included in the itinerary; excess baggage charges; airport taxes and fuel charge. *The purchase Travel Insurance is recommended for all our tours.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
Reservation can be made by phone, in writing or in person. A deposit is required at the time of reservation to confirm space. A deposit of $300.00/person is required for all SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOURS. Reservations of the above tours should be made 60 days before departure or prior.
FULL PAYMENT
Full payment is due 60 days before departure for all SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOURS in this brochure.

RESPONSIBILITY
SUNLIGHT EXPRESS TOUR of San Francisco, California, acts only in the capacity of agent in all matters of transportation and its liability is limited to the terms of the tickets and membership agreements. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or events during the time the passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers. The right is reserved to cancel any members of the party at any place, for any reason, all at the discretion of the tour operator and/or their agents. The right is reserved to substitute hotels as listed in the brochure by other hotels. The operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. Unforeseen conditions may necessitate lengthening or shortening the itinerary, and in such cases of any increased cost, tour members will have to bear the cost immediately. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such cases, full refund of all payments will constitute full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement to the passenger. The price of these tours is subject to change and is based on exchange rates in effect January 1, 2013.
The operator gives notice that all arrangements for transportation, or conveyance, of for hotel accommodations, or other particulars of this tour are made by them as agents upon express conditions that they shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident or delay through the international or negligent act or omission of any supplier of such services including, but not limited to, any airline, hotel proprietors or operator, any ground transportation provider or any of their agents, representatives, or any independent contractors hired by them, or by this agency. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, this operator does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rate, bookings, reservation or service. Any claim or cause of action for loss, injury, or damage suffered or sustained in another country, shall be governed by the laws of such country.
